The Nevada Gaming Commission unanimously rubber-stamped the penalty on Thursday after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegasslotsonline.com\/news\/2025\/04\/22\/mgm-resorts-agrees-to-8-5m-fine-in-nevada-for-allowing-illegal-bookmakers-access-to-casinos\/\">Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) reached a settlement with the casino company last week<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioners didn\u2019t criticize MGM too harshly, referencing its historically strong record of compliance, and put the blame mainly at the feet of certain bad actors.
