A woman is suing a Las Vegas Strip hotel and restaurant because security personnel allegedly ignored her after she suffered a violent assault. The lawsuit from Nevada resident Malissa Danielle Miles names several defendants including The LINQ Hotel, Caesars Entertainment, and the Off Strip Bistro & Bar.<\/p>\n

after an altercation within the restaurant by two women in June 2023<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She claims that she was \u201cbloodied\u201d and \u201cbattered\u201d after an altercation within the restaurant by two women in June 2023. This led to some permanent injuries, such as a traumatic brain injury.<\/p>\n

Miles says that the security staff weren\u2019t properly trained and failed to protect her welfare as she was allowed to wander around the casino unassisted and confused. They didn\u2019t contact emergency services to get help for her.<\/p>\n

The complaint seeks general damages exceeding $15,000, as well as legal costs and special damages.<\/p>\n
