Lisa Paulk required surgery on her neck and claims she suffered emotional trauma and a back injury as a result of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint describes how Paulk was trying to drive into the VIP parking garage on January 12, 2024, when her card failed to work several times. She exited the vehicle and asked a valet for help.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>claims the property was unsafe and management didn\u2019t properly train its employees<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>They used someone else\u2019s card to raise the barrier, with the plaintiff\u2019s daughter then driving the vehicle through. The valet told Paulk to walk through the barrier, which struck her on the head. The lawsuit contends that the area wasn\u2019t safe and lacked any warning signs.
